Tracy S. Regli represents clients in trust administration, probate, full and limited conservatorships and real estate transactions in Alameda, Contra Costa, and Solano Counties. Ms. Regli has assisted many trustees in administering both large and small estates. She represents her clients in providing ongoing annual court accountings required for conservatorships. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Regli worked for a national real estate investment trust, negotiating and drafting over 100 commercial real estate transactions. Her extensive real world experience led her to seek further training to become a lawyer to more effectively serve the needs of her clients. An active member of the Alameda and Contra Costa Bar associations, she volunteers to assist low income seniors through the Power of Attorney workshops sponsored by The Law Center and Contra Costa County Bar Association.
